We are looking for a Level 2 Workstation Engineer to join our team, responsible for resolving incidents and supporting technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handling incidents and requests (Service Now Tickets)
• Resolving or transferring incidents with analysis elements
• Writing technical documentation and processes
• Qualifying and testing technical hardware/software
• Level 2 Workstation support
• Technological watch
• On-call duties, night shifts, and remote work possible at our request or the client's

Job Description

Technical Activities:

• Level 2 incident resolution within the team's scope.
• Engineering technical solutions for the "Workstation" perimeter (physical or virtual).
• Studying the impacts related to the integration of technical hardware, software, and applications (feasibility, impact study...).
• Writing guidelines.
• Monitoring support topics.
• Maintaining all associated documentation.

As a recurring task, standard documents must be updated regularly to keep a documentary base up to date.
