Responsibilities

Ensure quality requirements are met on the ground
Guarantee product and process compliance, and implement tools for sustainable improvement
Validate new products/processes and secure their mass production (surveillance plans, controls, etc.)
Supervise alerts and non-conformities, in direct contact with customer quality and production teams
Analyze quality performance, produce reports, and propose corrective action plans
Intervene periodically to secure quality at every link in the chain

Requirements

Profile and Skills:

Bac+5 / Engineering school, specialization in quality or industrial engineering
First experience in industry (aerospace or defense preferred)
Mastery of quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa)
Rigor, analytical mind, and sense of dialogue

Nice to Have

Experience in the aerospace sector
Knowledge of additional quality tools and methodologies
