About the Position

Ingénieur Qualité Produit (H/F)

  • Type: Temps complet
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Region: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France
  • Salary: EUR 35000 - EUR 50000 annuel

We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer (H/F) to ensure quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle, from development to client delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary quality contact for the project manager and the client
  • Participate in design, feasibility, and product/process validation reviews
  • Define project quality plans (Surveillance Plan, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)
  • Monitor the implementation of quality and regulatory requirements
  • Lead action plans in case of non-compliance and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Prepare and support audits (internal, client, certifications)
  • Provide quality project reporting (KPIs, dashboards, etc.)

Requirements

  • Diploma from an engineering school or a master’s degree with a specialization in quality, mechanics
  • Ideally, previous experience in an industrial environment with project management
  • Proficiency in quality tools (8D, FMEA, APQP, PDCA, SPC…)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 (depending on the sector)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams
  • Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional English required

  • Additional experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with other quality standards or methodologies
