Description of the Role
The Eastern perimeter, which covers Moselle, Alsace, and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, is booming. We support this dynamic by intervening in key sectors such as energy, land transport, aeronautics, and logistics. Thanks to this growth, we carry ambitious and innovative projects, offering thus beautiful opportunities for development and challenge for our teams.
In the context of the development of new industrial products/projects, we are looking for a Project Quality Engineer to ensure quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle, from the development phase to customer delivery.
Your main missions will be:
- Be the preferred quality contact for the project manager and the client
- Participate in design, feasibility, and product/process validation reviews
- Define project quality plans (Surveillance Plan, AMDEC, PPAP, etc.)
- Monitor the implementation of quality and regulatory requirements
- Lead action plans in case of non-compliance and contribute to continuous improvement
- Prepare and support audits (internal, client, certifications)
- Ensure project quality reporting (KPIs, dashboards, etc.)
Qualifications
Graduated from an engineering school or a master's degree with a specialization in quality, mechanics, or generalist, you ideally have a first experience of 2 years in an industrial environment with project management.
You possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Mastery of quality tools (8D, AMDEC, APQP, PDCA, SPC…).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 standards (depending on the sector).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams.
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical mind, and good interpersonal skills.
- Professional English required.
