As part of the development of our rail activities, we are looking for a Requirement Management Engineer to ensure the mastery, structuring, and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

Within the system engineering teams, you are responsible for the coherence, quality, and compliance of contractual, technical, and normative requirements within the different project repositories.

Responsibilities

Mastery of Contractual Requirements

Identify and analyze different sources of requirements (clients, standards, internal repositories, and documentary tools).
Define and coordinate responsibilities among different project stakeholders (Requirement Managers, business managers, document authors).
Prepare the necessary models and structures for data imports and exports in DOORS.
Verify the coherence and compatibility of data between different project tools.
Import, export, and consolidate requirements from various documentary systems.
Integrate client clarifications, supplier requirements, and inherited requirements from previous projects.
Ensure synchronization of requirements between different repositories.
Identify, analyze, and correct data inconsistencies (duplicates, structural errors, format issues).
Guarantee the integrity and quality of requirement modules.
Generate and maintain lists of applicable standards.
Verify the conformity of requirements with applicable normative repositories.
Ensure the convergence and coherence of normative requirements in project databases.

Support to Project Interfaces

Ensure centralized management of program requirements.
Support project teams in traceability activities.
Provide tools for analysis and comparison of requirements.
Produce project reports and associated dashboards.
Participate in the analysis of critical requirements and identification of associated risks.
Provide methodological support to system engineering, validation, and development teams.

Automation and Interconnection of Tools

Ensure data exchanges between various documentary management and requirement management systems.
Participate in the improvement and automation of synchronization flows between tools.
Develop or adapt mechanisms for data consistency and quality control.
Clean, structure, and format data before integration into project repositories.
Contribute to the evolution of Requirement Management methods and tools.

Requirements

Graduated from an engineering school or Master's degree (Bac+5), you have experience in system engineering, requirement management, document management, or technical repository management in a complex industrial environment.
Ideally, you have:
- Solid knowledge of Requirement Management.
- Experience on projects conducted in V-cycle.
- Mastery of traceability and configuration management principles.
- Good understanding of contractual and normative requirements.
- Ability to handle large volumes of technical data.
- Interest in automation and process improvement.
