Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and administer network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, security) in coordination with systems, cybersecurity, and operations teams

• Define, monitor, and implement network evolution plans to ensure the performance, availability, and security of services

• Provide technical interface with suppliers, telecom operators, and integrators, and manage production phases

• Identify, analyze, and reduce risks related to network architecture, in liaison with project and security teams

• Participate in architecture reviews and ensure the consideration of resilience, supervision, and cybersecurity constraints

• Implement and monitor performance indicators (latency, availability, capacity, incidents)

• Capitalize on return of experience (REX) and propose continuous improvement axes on infrastructures and operational processes

Requirements

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Bac+5 degree (engineering school or equivalent) with a specialization in networks, telecommunications, or cybersecurity

• A successful first experience (about 3 years) in network engineering, infrastructure administration, or operations, ideally in critical environments (aeronautics, defense, finance, industry, operators)

Technical Skills

• Mastery of network technologies: routing, switching, VLAN, QoS, VPN, high availability

• Knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, HP, Fortinet, or equivalent equipment and environments

• Network security skills: firewalling, segmentation, NAC, IDS/IPS

• Proficiency in monitoring and analysis tools (Wireshark, Centreon, Zabbix, SolarWinds)

• Knowledge of protocols and standards (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, STP, 802.1X)

• Ability to manage suppliers and technical milestones

• Knowledge of quality tools and methods (AMDEC, 8D, risk management)

• Autonomy, rigor, analytical and synthetic mind

• Relational ease and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Languages and Mobility

• Professional proficiency in English (read, written, spoken)
