Description of the Role
To strengthen its defense pole, the Competences Directorate of the ALTEN group is recruiting a specialized engineer in series production, under the responsibility of the project manager.
Main Missions
- Ensure and monitor the quality, reliability, and maturity levels of products throughout the production cycle
- Guarantee compliance with production files of delivered products
- Ensure and manage action plans for technical issue resolutions
- Propose and implement actions to improve the product throughout the production cycle (definition, quality, test coverage, etc.)
- Contribute to the competitiveness of the RC by analyzing:
- Deviations and improving efficiency
- Improvement proposals (internal & suppliers)
- Establish capitalization reports for RIP to inject into developments
- Manage the feedback throughout the product's production cycle
- Propose and participate in the product's evolution during the development phase with RIP in the context of new studies
- Contribute to the treatment of obsolescences in collaboration with hardware and system engineering
- Work closely with testing methods for software and test bench optimization (upstream/downstream coherence on testing strategies)
Qualifications
Education / Experience

Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in product industrialization and/or in the electronics sector
Technical Skills
- Skills in electronics, microelectronics, hyperfrequency, and test benches
- Good knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, PDCA, DMAIC, QRQC, 5 whys)

- Relational ease
- Autonomy
