We are seeking a HIL Simulation Engineer to join our team in Île-de-France, specializing in embedded electronic systems validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HIL test environments to validate embedded electronic systems (e.g., ECUs, multiplexing systems, electrical harnesses).
• Collaborate with the CQL (Commodity Quality Leader) and Industrialization teams to integrate technical requirements from suppliers and Stellantis standards into test scenarios.
• Lead the implementation of functional validation and robustness tests (e.g., EMC tests, durability, compliance with ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).
• Automate test campaigns and analyze results to identify non-conformities or potential risks.
• Participate in technical reviews with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues identified during testing.
• Document test procedures, anomaly reports, and corrective action plans.

Requirements

Education / Experience

• Degree: Bac+5 in embedded electronics, electrical engineering, industrial computing, or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in HIL simulation, validation of EE systems, or development of test benches for the automotive industry. Ideal experience on projects for Stellantis, Renault, or automotive suppliers (e.g., Valeo, Continental).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HIL tools: dSPACE, ETAS, NI VeriStand, or Vector CANoe.
• Knowledge of automotive protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay.
• Experience in modeling: MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C/C++ for simulation model development.
• Standards and methodologies: ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, AMDEC, FMEA.
• Quality management tools: Capital Harness, CATIA Electrical, or VeSys (a plus).

Personal Qualities

• Rigor and attention to detail to ensure the reliability of tests.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to diagnose anomalies.
• Autonomy and ability to work in project mode with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.

Languages and Mobility

• Technical English required (exchanges with international suppliers and technical documentation).
• Occasional travel possible to Stellantis sites (Poissy, Hordain) or suppliers.

Differentiating Factors

• Certifications in quality management (e.g., IATF 16949, Six Sigma).
• Experience on similar projects with automotive manufacturers or suppliers.
• Knowledge of Stellantis processes (a plus).
