Description of the Position

To strengthen its defense division, the recruitment department of the ALTEN group is hiring engineers specialized in high-frequency and electronics.

Within a site in the field of military aeronautical communication equipment in Brest, you will join technical teams, ensuring the support of production and after-sales service on the testing of high-frequency modules and/or power supplies in the defense sector.

Main Missions

Participate in the implementation of manual testing protocols on electronic equipment under development;
Research and implement, in case of detected anomalies, the appropriate solutions for the products;
Handle the obsolescence of components;
Be a privileged interlocutor/technical reference on the perimeter related to these tests and products;
Write technical documentation.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics.
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-frequency, electronics, and/or in an electronic environment.

Technical Skills

General knowledge in electricity.
Comfortable with the use of electronic analysis devices such as oscilloscopes, voltage generators, multimeters, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of electrical and electronic schematics.
Knowledge in electronic safety and environmental standards, RoHS directive, etc., is a plus.
Knowledge in mechanics is a plus.

Personal Qualities

Sense of structuring business lines, capitalization, and knowledge sharing.
Aptitude for training, coaching, and mentoring.
Interest in the automation and optimization of processes.
Curiosity and active vigilance on new technologies and sector challenges.
