Description of the Position

To strengthen its defense sector, the Competences Directorate of the ALTEN group is recruiting a specialist engineer in quality, under the responsibility of the project manager.

Main Missions

• Ensure the quality level of delivered products in compliance with customer requirements and other applicable standards
• Implement the quality approach of the site
• Represent the client within the organization and assist operational teams in implementing customer requirements
• Manage and organize AMDEC
• Manage and organize industrialization milestones

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in quality
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality / electronic quality and/or in the electronics sector

Technical Skills

• Mastery of client audit techniques and processes
• Mastery of techniques and methods related to quality projects (Amdec, AQAP, 8D…)
• Mastery of risk analysis
• Problem-solving

Personal Qualities

• Sense of structuring business lines, capitalization, and knowledge sharing
• Aptitude for training, coaching, and mentoring
• Interest in automation and process optimization
• Curiosity and active technological vigilance on new technologies and sector issues
