Description of the Position
To strengthen its railway division, the Engineering Directorate of the ALTEN group is recruiting a CEM validation engineer.
Main Missions
- Intervene on production lines to perform EMC (EMC) tests according to test plans and applicable standards.
- Set up test equipment and ensure their proper functioning.
- Analyze results and write test reports with a conformity judgment.
- Communicate results to project teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of the laboratory.
- Participate in the Cofrac accreditation of the laboratory and in achieving KPIs (assembly duration, test quality, etc.).
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics, electrotechnics, or instrumentation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EMC testing and/or in the automotive sector.
Technical Skills
- EMC testing (expert)
- Measurement instruments: oscilloscope, voltmeter, spectrum analyzer, RF generator, wattmeter...
- Analysis and application of standards (expert)
- Calibration ISO/IEC 17025 (expert)
- Automotive test benches (experienced)
Personal Qualities
- Rigor
- Customer orientation
- Technical curiosity
Languages and Mobility
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) for the drafting of deliverables.
