Responsibilities

The SPOC AMC for the AECs is the local point of contact for the AMC service and manages the relationship between the service and users. They know the technical position, its architecture, and the technical procedures of the service, including: update system (deployment rings), packaging process, and the entire incidentology process.

Incidentology (French and English)

• Establishing connections between support levels N1, N2, and N3
• Qualifying and coordinating AMC incidents
• Analyzing incidents and reproduction

Knowledge Management (French and English)

• Creating and updating knowledge articles (KB)
• Creating and updating guides
• Maintaining technical procedures

Shared Service Animation

• Creating communications for users
• Communicating and coordinating the testing of system or application updates (Ring0, Ring1..)
• Monitoring changes
• Studying needs: proposing improvement axes and continuous improvement

To ensure a smooth transition, several handover and follow-up workshops will take place between the project team and the RUN teams. These workshops will cover topics such as:

• Document review: analysis, correction, and redesign
• Incidents: decision tree, assignment group, and escalation
• Application remediation: general process for AOs – release management
• Version and OS upgrades: processes, application list
• Miscellaneous and tools: GotoAssist, Key contacts

Requirements

The expertise required for the smooth running of this service includes:

• Knowledge and experience of Workplace projects
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and speaking (B2/C1)
• Knowledge of scripting (Powershell, Command Prompt)
• Ability to perform reverse-engineering
• Knowledge of Windows registry keys / System
• Knowledge of Intune configuration and management
• Knowledge of using PMAD tools (SCCM, GotoAssist, RemoteHelp)
• Knowledge of configuring security policies and user/computer settings via CSP
