You will join Sopra Steria within the Digital Platform Services entity, with a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Depending on the missions assigned to you, you will be working within Sopra Steria internal teams in Infogérance services where you are directly integrated into client teams.

Throughout your career with the Group, you will be supported by your single manager who will follow you in your career development.

Your Role and Missions

• You supervise data flows
• You ensure the proper functioning of automatic data processing
• You monitor and optimize the performance of batch and real-time processing
• You manage schedulers (IWS):
  • You administer and configure scheduling tools
  • You park execution schedules and ensure recovery in case of failure
  • You automate processing chains by optimizing dependencies
• Exploitation and supervision:
  • You set up alerts and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate incidents
  • You analyze logs and resolve incidents related to data flows
• Optimization and continuous improvement:
  • You analyze job performance and propose optimizations
  • You automate certain tasks to improve operational efficiency
• You collaborate with technical teams: Data Engineering, DevOps, and Production to ensure the fluidity of operations
• You participate in the improvement of data management and processing flow processes

Your technical environment may include:

• Environments: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring and Automation: Nagios, Ansible, Puppet
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server
• Computer Networks: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN
• System Environment: Linux and Windows

Missions may require on-call duties and interventions outside regular hours.

Your Profile

Your organizational skills, your customer service sense, your reactivity, your ability to resolve incidents and work in a team are all assets to succeed in this mission. You have a good command of English (written, oral).

You are also a proactive individual with strong communication skills.

You are proficient with the IWS / TWS scheduler.

Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent, do you already have significant experience of at least 2 years in a similar position? Then this position is for you!
