Description of the Role
In the context of the development of our activities in the Aerospace Sector, you will be in charge of managing the performance on a production line / assembly line.
Main Missions
- Analyze the performance of one or more production or assembly entities
- Lead and manage the performance and improvements of the production lines in charge
- Deploy industrial performance standards
- Identify causes of underperformance and low value-added operations
- Define and manage improvement action plans
- Communicate on the evolution of performance
Qualifications
- Education: Bac + 5, engineering school or technical university specialized in industrial engineering.
- Experience: Successful experience in this sector is expected, ideally 1 to 2 years post-degree.

- Lean Manufacturing
- PowerBI
- VBA
- English
