About the Position

E-INFRA is one of the strongest Romanian groups, with over 28 years of activity. Through its companies, E-INFRA operates in areas such as energy, telecommunications, and civil infrastructure, and is also present in key areas such as energy production and green energy, energy distribution and natural gas, and telecommunications. The group brings together the activities of Electrogrup, Nova Power&Gas, Netcity, Direct One, and Wesee, companies active in the field of energy and telecommunications infrastructure projects. Alongside these, E-INFRA has grown steadily and today employs over 1,200 people.

At the moment, we are looking for a Civil Quality Engineer to join Electrogrup, part of the E-INFRA group.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical documentation: technical project, task book, quality plan, and ensure the update of versions used on the construction site
• Develop and update the control program according to the quality plan and project requirements
• Verify compliance with technical procedures, the use of compliant materials, and the conformity of the work performed
• Conduct inspections, measurements, verifications, and draft technical documentation: reports, notes of findings, minutes, inspection reports
• Monitor non-conformities, propose corrective and preventive measures, and verify the implementation of remedies
• Ensure the archiving of documents necessary for the Construction Book and verify the existence of appointment decisions for responsible persons on the construction site
• Collaborate with project personnel to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Manage documents necessary for the Construction Book and comply with internal procedures

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of construction
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Autocad
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Category B driving license
