About the Position
Inhouse Consultant – Houtproductie
We are seeking an Inhouse Consultant specializing in wood production to join our team in Bergeijk, focusing on smooth client collaboration and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- External Liaison: You will be the central point of contact for our clients in the Manufacturing segment, with a focus on the wood industry, ensuring seamless and solution-oriented collaboration.
- Request Management: You will maintain an overview of client requests from the wood production industry, coordinate them expertly, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Task Management: You will take responsibility within change and release management, supervise rollouts, and professionally manage test management.
- Workshops & Knowledge Sharing: You will actively share your expertise during workshops and ensure that everyone within the team is well-informed with clear, understandable documentation.
- Quality Guardian: You will support error analysis, monitor compliance with standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements
- Experience in inhouse consulting, preferably in the wood production industry.
- Ability to build bridges between clients and IT processes, with a preference for working on smart, client-oriented solutions.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or willingness to specialize in this area.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
