Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d)
We are seeking an Inhouse Consultant to bridge customer needs with internal capabilities, ensuring seamless product development.
About the Role
IT and products reach their full potential when customer needs and internal capabilities align. As an Inhouse Consultant, your mission is to establish this connection. You will bring deep product and process knowledge, think holistically about requirements, and translate customer perspectives into meaningful, feasible developments. You will work closely with internal teams, ensuring clear standards, stable solutions, and sustainable product development. You will weigh what creates value-both for our customers and for acadon.

Responsibilities
- External Voice: As the central contact person for our customers in the Manufacturing segment, you ensure smooth communication-always solution-oriented and in close collaboration with our development teams and consultants.
- Request Juggler: You keep track of customer inquiries from the production environment, coordinate them confidently, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Taskmaster: You take responsibility in change and release management, accompany rollouts, and professionally manage test management.
- Workshops & Knowledge Transfer: You contribute your expertise in workshops and ensure that everyone in the team is on the same page with clear, understandable documentation.
- Quality Guardian: You assist in error analysis, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements
- Experience: Inhouse consulting is not new to you? Great, if you have already gained some experience.
- Knowledge: You are familiar with the production environment and want to actively shape processes? Perfect-you will be the interface to our customers in the manufacturing and production sectors, bringing their requirements into our IT processes.
- IT Meets Business: You feel comfortable at the intersection and want to create smart solutions for our customers.
- ERP and MS Dynamics 365 BC: These are your areas of expertise (or should be)? We value your interest in gaining expertise.
- Communication: Communication comes naturally to you-whether in writing or in conversation-you get to the point. English? No problem for you.
