About the Position
We are looking for an Inkoper to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As an Inkoper, you will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities, building supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute procurement activities according to planning and in compliance with company policies
- Ensure procurement activities meet laws and regulations
- Guarantee the right total costs, quality, and delivery time
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers to secure the right procurement conditions and long-term relationships
- Identify efficiencies to reduce bottlenecks
- Prepare materials for negotiations and/or tenders
It is a plus if you have experience in sourcing new suppliers and drafting contracts.
Requirements
- Graduated from a university of applied sciences or civil engineer – preferably in industrial management or Supply Chain
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Fluent in both English and Swedish at a professional level
- Driven and a natural communicator with experience in successful negotiations, cost analysis, and follow-up
- Building meaningful and professional relationships is crucial for you
- Comfortable working in a team while also being independent and taking initiative
