Inside Sales - Account Executive
Location: Sydney, New South Wales

The Work
You've done sales before, but not like we do it on the inside sales team at BambooHR! We have a proven process for successful business-to-business selling.
- Sell software that you can completely believe in
- Leads are provided!
- Sales are conducted via web conference and phone (no travel necessary)
- Schedule is Monday-Friday (no nights or weekends)
- Compensation includes a base salary + commissions = $50K-60K your first year
Responsibilities
- Sell BambooHR software
- Utilize provided leads
- Conduct sales via web conference and phone
- Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule
Requirements
- Proven ability to sell, minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Ability to articulate our value proposition via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
- Experience identifying and qualifying opportunities
- Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
- Great attitude, high motivation, and a passion for growth
