Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting our existing customers
- Providing internal support to your sales colleagues
- Creating and following up on our individual customer offers
- Assisting your colleagues in receiving and qualifying customer inquiries and tenders
- Actively collaborating with our Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Independently calculating individual solutions from our product portfolio, in coordination with the specialist teams
- Documenting sales activities in our ERP system
- Acting as an interface between customer projects and internal company departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a comparable degree in a technical or commercial field
- Interest in common and new IT technologies
- Excellent German language skills in speech and writing and basic English skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of business operations
- Strong team spirit and service orientation
- Analytical thinking and goal-oriented work approach
