Inside Sales Outbound - Mail Division

Doel van de functie
Na een interne productopleiding verkoop je frankeermachines via de telefoon, e-mail en Microsoft Teams. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de totale verkoopcyclus. Het betreft het verlengen en vernieuwen van contracten bij bestaande klanten alsook het opvolgen van retentieaanvragen. Je onderhandelt en argumenteert om de klant te overtuigen gebruik te maken van onze oplossingen. Daarnaast zoek je naar cross-selling mogelijkheden voor de collega’s van het sales team.
Binnen deze rol:
- Werk je in een organisatie gestructureerd in een van deze 3 rayons (Noord, Midden en Zuid).
- Beheer je een eigen rayon en ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle Inside Sales-activiteiten binnen dit gebied.
- Voer je diverse commerciële activiteiten uit, waaronder End of Lease, Frama+, Matrix churn en retentie.
- Draag je actief bij aan een evenwichtige verdeling van taken en workload binnen het team.
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud je kennis van ex-Frama machines en concepten, inclusief Simplymail.
Requirements
Jouw profiel
Je bent tweetalig NL/GB en ziet de telefoon als een krachtig verkoopinstrument. Je beschikt over een natuurlijke contactvaardigheid en creativiteit die je in staat stellen commerciële successen te behalen. Je wordt enthousiast van het behalen van targets. Er is geen enkel hiaat in kennis dat niet kan worden opgevuld. Ook al voldoe je niet aan alle vereisten of beschik je niet over alle genoemde kwalificaties, dan zijn wij toch geïnteresseerd in jouw profiel.
