About the Position
A large IT-company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. If you have an affinity for technology, a passion for making your customers successful, and the ability to articulate the benefits of an enterprise solution across multiple stakeholders, then this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Uncover and manage new selling opportunities globally.
- Execute a sales process that validates and qualifies the technical and business requirements of the customer in order to close the business.
- Articulate the value proposition.
- Ensure customer retention and create a foundation for significant account growth.
- Serve as the voice of the customer for future product enhancements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently in order to communicate with customers in a clear, straightforward and professional manner.
- 2+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or enterprise software products and solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud CRM, advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- Brains, intensity, charm.
