Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

About the Position

Inter Data Systems GmbH, a leading provider of expert advice and support for IT infrastructures since 1991, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in Maintal. Our mission is to deliver the best results for our customers by optimizing their systems without compromising economic efficiency. We pride ourselves on offering independent, cross-platform advice and services that are not tied to specific products or software houses.

Responsibilities

• Represent our company to customers in an advisory capacity and sell our services.
• Intensive customer support.
• Independent preparation and tracking of quotations through to order placement by the customer.
• Close collaboration and communication with internal departments.
• Working closely with our partners.
• Handling all correspondence.
• Maintenance of all customer and prospect data in CRM.
• Marketing activities.

Requirements

• Has commercial training and initial experience in sales or order processing.
• Knowledge of the IT sector would be an advantage, but not a must.
• You are outgoing and service-oriented with good analytical skills.
• You are a strong communicator and a team player with a passion for sales.
• Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Competent use of MS Office products.
• Team spirit, commitment, and a drive to succeed complete your profile.
