Inside Sales Specialist - German Speaker (F/M/X)

We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Customer Success Specialist to power clients and buyer growth on a premier online automotive auction platform. In this role, you won't just support clients-you’ll be the key catalyst driving buyer engagement, closing opportunities, and helping partners navigate high-value auctions with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Contact outbound leads within agreed SLA timelines.
• Qualify opportunities using the agreed qualification framework.
• Prioritize and manage lead pipelines to maximize conversion.
• Customer Engagement
  • Proactively contact customers to promote auctions in local and European sales markets.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage customer inquiries professionally and within agreed response times.
  • Follow up on demand-generation activities and sales actions.
  • Re-engage dormant and inactive customers.
  • Record all customer interactions and update opportunity status promptly.
  • Monitor pipeline progress and accurately forecast opportunity status.

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (Native) and English (C1 level)
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics CRM).
• Experience supporting multiple markets or countries is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant language skills for the supported markets.
• Automotive, digital marketplace, or auction experience is advantageous.

We Offer

• Contract directly with client (4 years, 90 days trial period)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm (including Portuguese bank holidays)
• Weekends off
• Base salary of 1600€/gross per month
• Meal allowance of 7€ per day worked (no meal allowance card)
• Quarterly performance bonus (3-month incentive periods, dependent on approval each cycle)
• Private healthcare
• Hybrid model of work: first month on site (Avenida da Liberdade) (after that: one week 3 days at the office, second week: 2 days at the office)
