Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales professional, you will:
- Contact and convince healthcare practitioners that Doctolib is the solution to optimize their medical time, enhance communication with patients, and ensure better continuity of care.
- Train practitioners on the tools and ensure their continuous satisfaction.
- Monitor your sales cycles and optimize them daily.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, particularly for the installation of new users and for technical support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in the sales field.
- A passion for challenges and perseverance.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Empathy and active listening skills.
- A love for efficiency and good organizational skills.
