Requirements

2028年に大学または大学院を卒業する予定である (Bachelor degree以上を保有している・する予定であること)
日本語・英語がどちらもビジネスレベル以上である (Sessionの半数が英語にて実施されます)
イベントにおいて、全日の参加が可能である
大学・大学院における学部・専攻は不問

Selection Process

Submit your resume
Video interview conducted in Japanese and English (15 minutes)
Result announcement and event date confirmation

Post-Event Process

Final Selection (Fast Track): Based on your performance at the Insight Day, you may be invited to the final selection process which includes:

Essay Writing
First Round Interview with Talent Acquisition Team (45 minutes)
Role-Play Interview with a Client Service Team Manager (1 hour)
Final Interview with a Senior Vice President (1 hour)
