Insurance Industry - Manager en Seguros (Ingles Avanzado)

At Accenture, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager in the Insurance Industry with advanced English skills to lead transformation programs in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and delivering value to our clients by integrating skills and experience in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, security, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full phases of transformation programs for insurance clients in areas such as claims modernization, underwriting optimization, distribution/digital channel expansion, customer experience, and platform implementation.
• Manage project delivery by setting up work plans, budgets, milestones, resource allocations, and ensuring quality, timeliness, and risk/issue management.
• Serve as the primary client interlocutor for senior stakeholders, articulating value, managing expectations, and securing buy-in across business and IT leadership.
• Shape the strategy dimension by helping define operating models, technology roadmaps, and digital vision, and identifying value-creation levers.
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of consultants/analysts, supporting their development, reviewing outputs, and ensuring consistent high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to business development by helping in scoping, proposals, pricing strategy, preparing thought leadership/case studies, and responding to RFPs.
• Drive innovation within the practice by bringing in emerging technologies, tools, accelerators, and leveraging best practices to ensure solutions are future-proof, scalable, and secure.

Requirements

• At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in consulting or the insurance industry, with multiple full-lifecycle transformation programs.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s desirable.
• Deep domain expertise across the insurance value chain: underwriting, policy admin, claims, distribution, customer service, product, reinsurance.
• Experience leading end-to-end transformation programs (business, tech, operations) in Life/P&C/Specialty/Health lines.
• Strong tools & tech skills: advanced Excel/PowerPoint, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), familiarity with data analytics or machine learning tools a plus.
• Proven experience with technology modernization: cloud adoption, core system replacement, automation, etc.
• English Advanced (mandatory)
