About the Position

As an Insurance Solution & Delivery Specialist, you help bridge business needs and solution delivery within leading insurance environments. You will contribute to business change initiatives, process optimization, and the successful delivery of valuable solutions across insurance operations.
You will join projects within leading insurance organizations in Belgium, supporting teams that focus on business change, product delivery, and solution optimization. These environments combine business and technology stakeholders to improve processes, products, and customer experiences. You will contribute to initiatives that help organizations adapt, innovate, and deliver sustainable value.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Bridge the gap between business teams and IT colleagues.
- Support the design and optimization of insurance products and processes.
- Define priorities and contribute to product or project roadmaps.
- Coordinate solution delivery activities across different stakeholders.
- Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience within the insurance sector.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Business Analyst, or eagerness to grow into such a role from an operational insurance background.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
- Clear communication skills and ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders.
- Enjoy translating complex challenges into practical and workable solutions.
- Ownership and structured, collaborative work approach.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
