Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on real-world insurance scenarios and theoretical industry questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s in insurance, finance, risk management, or a closely related field
- Industry certifications, field experience, or hands-on claims handling
- Clear, metacognitive communication
Nice to Have
- Experience in policy analysis, claims management, risk assessment, underwriting, regulatory compliance, actuarial science, customer service, fraud detection, and insurance technology
We Offer
- Pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location
