Integration Developer - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

About the Position

We are looking for an Integration Developer to join Tieto Tech Consulting in Solna, Sweden. Tieto Tech Consulting is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and implementation of integration solutions in transaction-heavy environments.
• Collaborate closely with both your team and stakeholders.
• Enjoy the stability that comes from long-term customer relationships and close collaboration with our product organization.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in software development.
• Fluent in at least one major backend language: Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Python, C#.
• Experience with:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
  • Automation
  • AI-powered tools
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working with integration frameworks and complex transaction-intensive systems.
• A relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
