About the Role

At BCM Solutions, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI-supported backend systems and multi-agent systems. You will integrate LLMs via APIs, implement advanced search architectures, and develop data pipelines for efficient data processing.

Responsibilities

• AI-System Architecture: Design and develop AI-supported backend systems and integrate LLMs via APIs.
• Multi-Agent Systems: Orchestrate autonomous agent systems using modern frameworks like CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Knowledge Structures: Implement advanced search architectures using semantic search, intelligent chunking, and vector databases.
• Pipeline Development: Design and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and preparation.
• Project Ownership: Oversee AI feature development from conception through prototyping to integration into existing software architecture.
• Use Case Driven: Collaborate with clients to identify and implement value-adding AI use cases in agile sprints.

Requirements

Very Good Skills

• Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks for LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or FastAPI).
• Experience in designing and implementing semantic searches, chunking strategies, and RAG architectures using VectorDBs.
• API design (REST, GraphQL) specifically for integrating and deploying AI services.

Solid Skills

• Experience with autonomous multi-agent systems (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen).
• DevOps basics (Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines) for software deployment.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and clean code principles.

Personal Qualities

• Initiative: Proactively drive topics forward and actively contribute your ideas to projects.
• Problem-solving skills: Quickly understand complex requirements and translate them into pragmatic software solutions.
• Fluency in German (very good) and English (good), along with a completed IT degree or equivalent qualification.
