Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of assigned projects under the guidance of senior staff.
• Develop an understanding of the assigned department and healthcare administration profession.
• Perform all aspects of assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Education: Junior or Senior class standing in pursuit of a bachelor's in business, or MBA students. College-level knowledge of the English language, including the ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience: Previous experience in a business environment is helpful but not necessary.
• Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc. 40 WPM.
