About the Role
We are looking for an Intern CRM & Marketing Operations to join our dynamic team at OMMAX GmbH. In this role, you will play a key role in the implementation and customization of innovative CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, helping shape impactful solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement and customize CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys.
- Analyze business processes in-depth and document insights to drive operational excellence.
- Create dynamic presentations, engaging training materials, and support interactive workshops.
- Configure CRM systems for exciting customer projects and deliver impactful solutions.
- Research emerging trends and best practices in CRM and share insights with the team.
- Assist with project management tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field with excellent academic results.
- Initial experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Structured, proactive, and data-driven approach with high intrinsic motivation.
- Fluency in German and English.
