About the Position

Intern for NPM Team

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our NPM Team at Continental Tires (China) Co., Ltd. This part-time role involves supporting various tasks related to purchasing, contract management, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchasing view in ordering system, E-catalogue maintenance & updates & reporting
• Easy RFQ, Contract data upload, and contract document management
• Other documentation tasks: price analysis, reporting, data analysis, etc. based on buyers’ requirements
• Document express scan or copy, delivery document to
• Department meeting/event/workshop support
• Supplier database management

Requirements

• University student, attending at least 3 days a week for 6 months
• Fluent oral and written English skills and adaptability to an English working environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Self-learning, careful, patient, comprehension, communication, and initiative
