About the Role

OMMAX GmbH is seeking an Intern for HR Consulting & Executive Search to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in contributing to strategy and transformation projects, particularly focusing on the People workstream, and supporting executive search and team build-up projects for key digital leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to strategy and transformation projects for clients, focusing on the People workstream.
• Support executive search and team build-up projects for key digital leadership roles (e.g., CEO, CDO, CMO).
• Prepare pitch decks, recruiting materials, and strategic decision documents for client projects.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies in collaboration with the team.
• Identify, assess, and approach senior leaders for digital transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future search mandates.
• Contribute to market analyses, research activities, and evaluations, deriving actionable recommendations.
• Analyze data and KPIs to optimize sourcing and recruiting processes.
• Support business development activities, including market research, pitch preparation, and client presentations.
• Take ownership of individual workstreams or sub-projects and drive smaller independent projects.
• Contribute ideas to improve projects, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, International Business, Business Psychology, or a related field with excellent academic results (Master’s degree preferred).
• Initial experience in consulting, strategy teams, or business development.
• Very strong PowerPoint skills and solid Excel skills.
• Analytical thinking, structured work, and precise and professional communication.
• Strong interest in strategy, leadership, organizational topics, and digital business models.
• Independent work, high initiative, and eagerness to take on responsibility.
• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and within an international environment.
• Fluency in German and English.
