About the Position

Intern HR /TMOD

We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is part of the AUMOVIO team, a leading company in the automotive technology sector. Contribute to talent management and development in a dynamic and growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the SCD system and tracking of training programs.
• Monitoring administrative processes and compliance with talent development for optimal operation and service.
• Optimization of reports derived from the talent management cycle.
• Training metrics and up-to-date evidence.
• Customer service for updating, adding, and removing data.
• Training tool reports.
• NMX 025
• Updating information in communication channels.
• Support in TAE call, tracking deliverables such as attendance and course listings.
• Support in auditable processes such as STPS, CTPAT, and OEA.
• Monthly update of the training tool database.

Requirements

• Academic:
  • Active student with at least one year remaining to complete a degree in Administrative Informatics, Human Relations, Human Resources, Administration, and Psychology.
• Insurance:
  • Valid professional or medical insurance.
• Knowledge:
  • English level B1 - B2.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of graphics.
  • Knowledge of PBI.
• Skills:
  • Commitment.
  • Initiative.
  • Self-learning ability.
  • Teamwork.
  • Assertive communication.
