About the Position

Intern Human Resources

As an integral part of the Human Resources Department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our internship program at Robert Bosch and Bosch Home Comfort in Belgium.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Management: Take charge of the recruitment process for all internship positions, from updating job descriptions to actively managing candidate outreach and screening.
Intern Support: Act as the HR Business Partner for our interns, maintaining communication with them and their mentors while addressing any HR-related inquiries.
Small HR Projects: Get involved in soft HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience across the company.
Administrative Excellence: Assist our compensation and benefits coordinators with HR management and payroll topics, while also supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

Currently a student in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources related fields.
Ideally, some practical experience and confidence in working with MS Office.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Self-starter, entrepreneurial, and able to work autonomously.
Stress-resistant and flexible, adapting to the dynamic needs of the team.
Fluency in English is essential, and a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or German is highly valued.
