Intern IT Support (m/f/d)

OMMAX GmbH is seeking an Intern IT Support to join our team in München, Bayern, DE. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic digital environment, working closely with our IT team and gaining practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the internal IT support team in day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to exciting IT processes and independently take on smaller projects.
• Work closely with the entire IT team.
• Assist users across all locations and provide support with IT-related questions.
• Support the administration of servers, telephone systems, and access control systems.
• Assist with basic incident and problem analysis, escalate issues where necessary, and resolve them under guidance.
• Maintain and manage company-wide email distribution lists.
• Support the setup and configuration of new workstations.

Requirements

• Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, gained initial practical experience through internships or working student positions.
• Very strong knowledge of Windows environments (particularly Windows 10 and Windows Server) and confident in working with Microsoft applications and services.
• Solid hardware expertise, including experience with laptops, tablets, printers, and related peripherals.
• Strong technical affinity combined with solid analytical and communication skills.
• Service-oriented and team-oriented manner, taking pride in your work.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
