British American Tobacco****México tiene una oportunidad emocionante como Pasante de Leaf Human Resources en Tepic
Objective
Apoyar al área de Recursos Humanos en la operación diaria de la planta, contribuyendo a una gestión eficiente del talento y al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales.
Serás pieza clave en la implementación de estrategias de Recursos Humanos en conjunto con el equipo local, asegurando procesos ágiles y alineados con las metas del negocio.
Responsibilities
- Apoyar en procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo (publicación de vacantes, entrevistas iniciales, coordinación de exámenes médicos)
- Gestionar procesos administrativos de ingreso y contratación
- Mantener y actualizar los expedientes del personal
- Ejecutar comunicación interna dentro de la planta
- Elaborar reportes y métricas de RH (rotación, ausentismo, disponibilidad de personal)
Requirements
- Estudiante activo de carreras como Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (nivel intermedio)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato interpersonal
- Capacidad de organización y priorización de tareas
- Perfil analítico, dinámico y orientado a resultados
