About the Position
Intern | Business Analyst (Maize)
Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Validate new business opportunities and research trends to identify emerging changes in the sector.
- Startup Scouting: Identify innovative startups, focusing on the most promising technologies and their impact across various sectors.
- Business Model Design: Develop new business models to create competitive and sustainable products and services.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Define strategies to support expansion into new markets and maximize the value of innovations.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze data and create reports to measure project effectiveness and optimize growth strategies.
- AI-Tool Experimentation: Actively test AI tools to assess their real impact on business processes and evolve our methodology.
Requirements
- Familiarity with market research
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
- Experience in creating reports to summarize research findings
- Understanding of the main elements of a business model
- Ability to structure business cases for product or service launches or analysis
- Familiarity with open innovation concepts and interest in the startup ecosystem
- Proficiency with Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word

- Curiosity and critical thinking
- Interest in innovation topics, with the ability to analyze problems and propose solutions
- Proactivity, adaptability, and flexibility in managing changes and new challenges
