About the Team

For the enhancement of the Activation Business Performance Unit area of our Milan office, we are looking for an intern to join the team, who will have the opportunity to develop skills in the field of Business and Data Analysis.

What You'll Do

• Support in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data and in the preparation of periodic reports on the main KPIs;
• Support in the management and analysis of data through advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense);
• Support in the construction of estimation and forecasting models to monitor and anticipate future performance of project activities;
• Support in the development of business cases and the analysis of project performance;
• Collaboration with other departments to understand business needs and provide updates on the progress of activities, through reports and PowerPoint presentations.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or university course in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business/Marketing Analytics, or similar;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good numerical skills and aptitude for data analysis and interpretation;
• Interest in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Forecasting;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAS, and/or SAP will be considered a plus;
