About the Position

Intern | Buying Office (Loyalty)

Join JAKALA as an Intern in the Buying Office (Loyalty) to support our team in product selection and purchasing for loyalty campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities of the Buying team, with a focus on the Senior Buyer
• Prepare and issue purchase orders
• Data entry and support in creating commercial proposals for loyalty catalogs
• Contact suppliers for operational management
• Data extraction, reporting activities, and management of supplier records
• Monitoring and managing product substitutions, including the preparation of comparative sheets and related flows

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree, preferably in an economic field
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
• Previous experience in the purchasing function and knowledge of the SAP system are considered a plus
