Are you passionate about working with data to generate insights and contribute to defining customer growth strategies?

You will join a multidisciplinary and dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact strategic initiatives, transforming data, insights, and market information into concrete business solutions.

The Client Strategy team is the consulting engine of JAKALA: it designs and develops tailored strategies, supporting clients in facing their main growth challenges and enhancing the information assets at their disposal. During your journey, you will delve into topics related to the world of Strategy & Consulting, developing a proactive and data-driven approach, and engaging with different projects, sectors, and stakeholders.

The Client Strategy world embraces various industries and business realities: FSI, Consumer, Luxury, Beauty Design & Travel, TMT & Energy, Services, Industrial & Automotive, and Pharma & Life Sciences. This will allow you to learn about different market dynamics, understand the specific needs of clients, and build an increasingly broad and transversal vision of the business.

Daily Tasks

• Support the team in analyzing market data and information, transforming them into insights useful for identifying opportunities and supporting customer growth strategies
• Contribute to defining strategic recommendations, business cases, and KPIs, translating analyses into clear and valuable outputs for the client
• Support the creation of strategic presentations and deliverables to effectively communicate analyses, insights, and proposals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Digital, Tech, etc.) and internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the advancement of activities and the achievement of project objectives

Required Skills

• Master's Degree, completed or in progress, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or STEM
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Analytical mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in consulting firms or similar roles
• Eagerness to challenge yourself on diverse projects in a dynamic environment where you can create new growth opportunities for clients
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to generate concrete results
