Responsibilities
- Support the Global Service Procurement team in managing the entire procurement cycle, from supplier identification to final invoicing.
- Control and manage invoices, ensuring the correctness of payments and cost optimization.
- Direct interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring an efficient and transparent flow of information.
- Active participation in innovation projects and improvement of procurement processes, using cutting-edge tools such as SAP.
Requirements
- Diploma in accounting and similar or Bachelor's or Master's degree in economic or engineering disciplines.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and a strong propensity for using digital tools.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Precision, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
