About the Logistics Team

The Logistics team is a fundamental reference point for the coordination of Jakala's logistics activities. It manages national and international logistics and import/export movements, collaborating daily with suppliers, internal clients, and external partners to ensure efficient movement of goods and proper warehouse management.

Daily Tasks

• Creation of work orders on SAP and updating of logistics data on files and management tables
• Data entry and management of documents supporting movements and transportation
• Operational communication with suppliers and internal clients

Required Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, even in progress, in Economics, International Trade, or related fields
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of the English language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation
• Precision and accuracy
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and curiosity

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the SAP system will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in the logistics sector or with express couriers will be considered an added value
• Interest in the logistics and organized retail sectors
