Responsibilities

Support senior colleagues in the operational management of Loyalty Marketing projects for international clients
Assist in managing the document flow of merchandise on SAP and evaluating purchase requests
Prepare the necessary documentation for the sales and delivery process (Sales Order, Delivery Order, and Packing List)
Contribute to project Demand Planning and Forecasting activities
Monitor project stocks and deliveries, verifying timeliness and correctness, and proposing corrective actions if necessary
Support the preparation of project reporting and monitoring of contractual SLAs

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Precision, attention to detail, and goal orientation

Nice to Have

Familiarity with SAP
Knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese)
