Discover the Experience Design Team
Within Jakala, the Experience Design team brings together UX researchers and UX designers in a group that thrives on analysis, creativity, and methodology. We study people's behavior, emotions, and choices to understand what truly makes a digital experience work, and we translate all this into interfaces, services, and products that create real value for brands and users.
We work on complex and high-impact projects-e-commerce, apps, corporate websites, design systems, purchase funnels, engagement experiences, and loyalty programs-with a particular focus on Financial Services, Telco, and Services (but not only).
We are a large, diverse, and highly collaborative team: we learn every day, push for quality, and are not afraid to tackle challenging projects.
🎯 Every day will be different, but here's a glimpse of what awaits you
- You will work on UX/UI design activities supporting senior designers, immediately entering the workflows of real projects for real clients.
- You will work daily in Figma, dealing with wireframes, prototypes, components, variables, and shared libraries, contributing to the construction of solid and scalable experiences.
- You will collaborate in the creation, maintenance, and governance of design systems, actively participating in the definition of patterns and components used on a large scale.
- You will participate in the end-to-end creation of digital interfaces, not just the realization of UX and UI but also the visual and UX copy elements that facilitate user enjoyment and engage users leading to conversion.
- You will support the analysis of user flows and take part in testing and benchmarking sessions, learning to identify patterns, criticalities, and opportunities for improvement.
- You will work in multidisciplinary teams, taking part in moments of discussion, review, and alignment that will help you develop methodology, precision, and a holistic vision.
💡 These characteristics are an excellent starting point to grow together
- Having a good foundation in UX and a trained eye for UI will allow you to quickly understand the functioning of complex flows, interfaces, and interactions.
- Being curious and asking questions about how products, services, and navigation mechanisms work will help you acquire the right mindset to work in Experience Design.
- A good mastery of Figma-especially in the advanced use of libraries, components, and variables-will allow you to contribute concretely to projects right away.
- Having an analytical attitude will enable you to recognize patterns, make sensible comparisons, and understand why one solution works better than another.
- If you are interested in building experiences that are not just "beautiful" but also functional and capable of generating real value, this is the ideal environment to grow.
🚀 We are excited if you also have
- Experience-even minimal-in using complex design systems, with the ability to think in terms of components and modular structures.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion design, useful for better understanding the visual and technical translation of your work.
- A critical vision that allows you to observe digital products with awareness, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Some familiarity with usability tests, benchmarks, heuristic analysis, or qualitative research, even if they are not the main focus of the role.
- Creativity, fresh ideas, and the willingness to propose new solutions that make experiences more fluid, more useful, and more relevant to users.
