Intern Recruiting (all genders)
Roland Berger, one of the world's leading strategy consultancies, is looking for a motivated intern to join our HR team in Munich. If you are passionate about supporting future consultants and aiding in career development, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Pre-selection of high potentials
- Management of numerous processes within applicant tracking
- Preparation and execution of recruitment days for both permanent employees and interns
- Onboarding and talent management activities
Requirements
- Currently studying at a university or college
- Previous relevant experience in HR
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency with MS Office
