About the Role

We are looking for an Intern Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team at OMMAX GmbH. You will support the entire recruiting funnel and applicant cycle, assist in active sourcing, coordinate interviews, and participate in university marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support the People & Culture team along the recruiting funnel and applicant cycle.
• Share responsibility in active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and approach potential candidates.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates, as well as conducting some interviews independently.
• Assist in university marketing efforts by organizing and participating in career fairs and events at various universities to attract top-notch talent.
• Assist with applicant data management and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and marketing materials for recruitment efforts.
• Conduct research and gather market intelligence to support recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to projects and provide administrative support to HR and recruiting teams.

Requirements

• Currently studying psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related discipline with excellent grades (Master's programme is a plus).
• Strong interest in people topics and first experiences in the HR field, especially within recruiting (e.g., during an internship).
• Quick comprehension and a reliable and precise way of working.
• Precise and structured communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, strong service-oriented mindset, and awareness of the need for discretion in the HR team.
• Fluent in English and German.
