Intern Technical Project Management (m/f/d)

OMMAX GmbH, a leading digital strategy consultancy, is seeking an Intern Technical Project Management to join our team in München, Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into digital projects, UI/UX, SEO/SEA, and agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Support in gathering and structuring client requirements.
• Assist with the delivery of small sub-projects on Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., TYPO3, Drupal, Ibexa).
• Contribute to functional specifications, release plans, and roadmaps.
• Prepare and document project meetings (internal & external).
• Support the documentation of technical implementation options.
• Take on tasks in quality assurance (QA) and content management.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business informatics, computer science, media management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of CMS systems or web technologies.
• First experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) or eagerness to learn.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to break down complex topics into structured tasks.
• Curiosity about agile methodologies, digital projects, and software development processes.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Communicate confidently in German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in UI/UX, SEO/SEA, and agile processes.
